\n in a press package and decided to really take them. I\u2019ve been taking them for about 2 weeks and have definitely noticed a difference in my gut health and overall digestion. The one thing I haven\u2019t really seen a difference in yet is my skin. I always get random and annoying chin break outs, and I thought this would help.
